Every new account starts with everything switched on, so you can try approvals, payments and the rest on a real job. No card is needed. When the 14 days are up the account moves to Free by itself unless you’ve picked a plan — and nothing you’ve made is deleted.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign-up doesn’t ask for one. You start with 14 days of Business, and a card only comes up if you choose a paid plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account moves to Free by itself — you’re never charged for something you didn’t choose. Nothing is deleted. Features that belong to paid plans are switched off until you upgrade, and if you have more than 3 active jobs open they stay open; you just can’t start another until you complete or archive some.
What counts as an active job?
A job that is scheduled, in progress or on hold. Completed, canceled and archived jobs don’t count, and you can keep as many of those as you like.
Do my customers pay anything, or need an account?
No. A customer opens a private link in their browser. There is nothing to install, no sign-up and no charge to them for viewing their page.
Is the price per person?
No. Prices are flat per business, per month. Business is the plan that lets you invite your team; Free and Pro are for one person.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe. On this server card billing isn’t switched on yet, so choosing a paid plan applies it without taking a payment.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, from the billing page, at any time. If you cancel a paid plan it stays active until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, then the account moves to Free. Your jobs, customers and files stay where they are.
Is there an annual plan or a discount?
Not today. There is one monthly price per plan and no contract.
Do you take a cut of payments from my customers?
We don’t add a fee to payment requests. Card payments go through Stripe when it’s connected, and Stripe’s own processing fees apply. You can also record cash, check or bank transfers yourself.
