Features

Everything your customer wants to know, in one place.

Here is what’s in the product today, group by group. Where something depends on a plan or on a connected service, it says so.

Updates that take seconds to write

One composer does it all: say what happened, add photos, move the job to its next stage and tell the customer what comes next.

  • Type it, dictate it or attach a voice note. Photos come straight from the camera.
  • Change the stage, what the job is waiting on, the next step and the estimated completion in the same place.
  • Improve, Shorten, Make friendlier or Make more professional — AI rewrites your note, and you review it before it’s published.
  • Mention a cost and the composer offers to turn it into an approval request.
  • Internal notes are kept apart, marked clearly and never sent to the customer page.

AI assist: included in Pro and Business. Updates and photos are in every plan.

Precision Auto Care

We removed the transmission today. During inspection we found that the torque converter also needs to be replaced.

The replacement part can be here tomorrow morning. If the additional repair is approved today, we still expect your truck to be ready Friday afternoon.

An assistant, not an autopilot

AI helps with wording. It doesn’t decide what’s true, and it never sends anything.

  • Only your facts

The assistant is told to use what you wrote and nothing else — no new costs, dates, causes or promises.

  • You read it first

It returns text for a person to review. It can’t publish, change a job or contact a customer by itself.

  • One tap back

Prefer your own words? “Use original” puts your note back exactly as you typed it.

A page your customer actually opens

Every job gets a private link. No app, no account, no password. It’s built for a phone first, because that’s where the text message lands.

  • Status in plain words, a stage tracker, an estimated completion and what happens next.
  • Anything that needs the customer — an approval, a payment, a question — is pinned to the top.
  • Photos, files, the full timeline and messages each have their own tab.
  • When the work is done: a final summary, a service report they can download as a PDF, and a place to leave feedback.
  • Customers can turn on notifications for their job in their browser.

Included in every plan, including Free.

Decisions in writing

Send extra work, change orders and sign-offs as requests. The customer sees the cost and the schedule impact and answers from their page.

  • Three ways to sign: a click, a typed name or a drawn signature — you choose per request.
  • Costs can be additions or credits, and each request can carry photos and documents.
  • Customers can approve, decline with a reason, or ask a question first.
  • Set a respond-by date and send reminders. Unanswered requests expire instead of lingering.
  • Every answer is saved with the date, time, name and signature, with a PDF copy for both sides.

Included in Pro and Business.

Proof of progress

A photo answers questions a paragraph can’t. Attach them to updates, approvals and messages.

  • Add photos from the camera or the library, with captions.
  • Pair a before with an after and the customer gets a comparison slider.
  • Everything lands in one gallery, grouped by day, with a full-screen viewer.
  • Video updates (up to 200 MB each on Pro, up to 500 MB each on Business) and voice notes.
  • Mark a photo internal-only and it stays with your team.

Photos: included in every plan, including Free. Video: included in Pro and Business.

The paperwork, where they can find it

Estimates, agreements, inspection reports, receipts — shared on the job instead of buried in an inbox.

  • Upload a file and choose whether the customer can see it.
  • New files are marked “New” until the customer opens them.
  • Customers can send files back to you from their page.
  • Files are private: every download goes through a signed link that expires.

Included in every plan, including Free.

Ask for payment at the right moment

Send a deposit, progress or final payment request with the update that explains it. It appears at the top of the customer’s page until it’s paid.

  • Card payments use Stripe when it’s connected: the customer pays on Stripe’s checkout page and the request is marked paid automatically.
  • Card details are entered on Stripe’s page. They never touch this product.
  • Paid another way? Record cash, check or bank transfer yourself, and the customer still sees it as paid.
  • If Stripe isn’t connected, the customer’s page shows what’s due and asks them to pay you directly. You record the payment when it arrives.
  • Line items, due dates and overdue reminders through automations.

Questions, kept with the job

Customers can write to you from their page. Your team answers from one Messages inbox, and the thread stays attached to the job it’s about.

  • Replies reach the customer by email or text with a link back to the page, depending on what you have on file.
  • Photos can be attached in either direction.
  • Turn messaging off for a single job or for the whole workspace to make pages read-only.

Included in every plan, including Free.

Your process, stage by stage

Start from one of 13 industry templates, then make it yours. Nothing in the product is tied to one trade.

  • Rename, reorder, add or remove stages. Give each one an icon, a color and a customer-facing name.
  • Each stage can carry a suggested update, so moving a job forward is one tap and a quick edit.
  • Weight stages to drive the percent complete, set progress by hand, or hide the percentage.
  • Change the vocabulary: call a job a repair order, a project, a claim or a matter.
  • 1 workflow on Free, 3 on Pro, unlimited on Business.

The follow-ups you’d forget

An automation is one “when this happens” and a short list of “then do that”. Not a flow chart.

  • Start from a stage change, an approval, a payment, a completed job — or from time passing, like three days without an update.
  • Then message the customer, notify the team, create a task, post an update, send an approval reminder or ask for feedback.
  • Messages fill in the customer’s name, the job, the stage, the next step and the estimated completion.
  • Weekly summaries send each customer a recap of their active job on the day you choose, built from the job’s record.

Automations: included in Pro and Business. Weekly summaries: included in Pro and Business.

The right access for each person

6 roles cover most shops out of the box. Adjust what each one can do, apart from the owner.

  • Invite people by email and choose their role.
  • Technicians can post from the field and have a manager review before anything is published.
  • Decide who sees costs, invoices and payments.
  • Every change is written to an activity log with who did it and when.

It looks like you, not like us

The customer page carries your logo, your color and your contact details. We stay in the footer.

  • Upload a logo and pick an accent color. Text and buttons are adjusted so they stay readable in light and dark.
  • Add a greeting that appears at the top of every customer page.
  • A quieter “Powered by” line on Business.

Included in Pro and Business.

See how the work is going

A calm page of numbers: how long jobs take, how often they finish on time, whether updates get read and where things are stuck.

  • Jobs completed, updates posted, approval outcomes, team activity and customer ratings over time.
  • A breakdown of what active jobs are waiting on right now.
  • Export jobs, customers, payments and the activity log as CSV files.
  • Download a service report for any job as a PDF.

Security and privacy

A customer link is a key to one job and nothing else. Here is how the rest is protected.

Private links
Each customer link contains a long random token. Only a hash of it is used to look pages up, and customer pages are marked so search engines don’t index them.
Optional PIN
Add a 6-digit PIN to any link. Repeated wrong guesses lock the link for a while.
Expiry, replace, revoke
Give a link an end date, swap it for a new one or switch it off. The old link stops working immediately.
Files stay private
Photos and documents are never public. They are served through signed links that expire after a few hours.
Your data is yours alone
Every database query is scoped to your business below the application code, so one workspace can’t read another’s jobs, customers or files.
Internal stays internal
Internal notes and internal-only photos are filtered out on the server. They are never sent to a customer’s browser.
Activity log
Changes to jobs, approvals, payments, links and settings are written to an append-only record with who and when.
Accounts
Passwords are stored only as salted scrypt hashes. Sign-in, PIN entry and sign-up are rate-limited, and you can see and end your active sessions.

The next time a customer asks, send a link.

Set up your first job in a few minutes. Your customer doesn’t need to install or sign up for anything.

Free for 3 active jobs. Every new account gets 14 days of Business to try everything. No card needed to start.
